How do I confirm service availability in my area or for an apartment/condo?

Just sign up, and our system will check if we service your area. We cover most of Nashville, including apartments and condos with a front desk or concierge. Not sure? Give us a shout, and we’ll let you know.

Can you detail your washing process and any excluded items?

We wash with cold water, dry on medium, and fold like champions. Some things we don’t wash: pillows, curtains, rugs, pet beds, and stuffed animals—basically, anything that belongs in a deep-clean lab, not a laundry bag.

What detergent options do you offer, and how are bulky items billed?

Scented, unscented, softener, bleach? You choose, we handle it. Bulky items require special handling and aren’t included in standard bag pricing—check out our pricing page for details.

How is billing handled, and what if I miss a pickup or have special requests?

We charge by the bag, not by the pound—no surprise fees, no guessing games. Miss a pickup? There’s a $20 fee (because routes don’t drive themselves). Need an express turnaround? It’s just $5 extra.

Is there a minimum order size?

One bag or twenty—we’ve got you. But if you’re only tossing in one t-shirt, maybe wait until laundry day actually exists.

Can I give specific pickup and delivery instructions?

Yep, need us to grab your bag from the back porch? Want your laundry left behind a potted plant? Just let us know when you book. If you’re feeling adventurous, we can even hide it and send you a treasure map. X marks the spot for fresh laundry.

Why is there a fee for bags that aren’t closed properly, and how much is it?

Because a laundry explosion in our van is bad for everyone. Bags must be sealed tight—if not, there’s a $10 fee.

What if items are lost or damaged, or I forget something in my pockets?

Check your pockets—seriously. If something goes missing, we’ll do our best to track it down. But if your AirPods take a spin in the wash, they might come back extra clean… and extra silent.

How do I update my preferences (detergent, softener, etc.)?

Easy. Just log in to your account and update your settings, or text us, and we’ll make it happen.

Can I send in special-care items?

If it’s in the bag, we wash it—but if you’ve got something delicate or high-maintenance, it’s best to check with us first.
